account notifications, required notices, updates about your loan(s) and loan
applications(s). While we present these services on a limited basis, if at any time you
wish to unsubscribe from all or a single type of communication, you may do so by
following the instructions listed below.
Existing Customers
If you’re an existing Customer, you can choose the type of communication you’d like to
receive for important notices. Sign in to your account to view your communication
preference center and select how you’d like to receive account updates, payment
reminders, and more.
Unsubscribe Options
If you wish to unsubscribe from communications or change your communication
preference for account notifications, please contact Customer Service via email
at [email protected] or by calling 662.363.9559, or visit any Money Zone USA
location.
Alternatively, all communications we send include direct opt-out options. Follow the
instructions below to opt out of each communication separately.
SMS/Text Message Terms & Conditions
By opting in to receive SMS text messages, you authorize Money Zone USA to deliver
account notification text messages to your mobile telephone number, which may include
required notices, updates about your loan(s) and loan applications(s), and other
information related to your account. Your cellular provider’s message and data rates
may apply to our SMS messages.
Data obtained from you in connection with this SMS service may include your name,
address, cell phone number, your provider’s name, the date and time, and the content
of your messages. We will not be liable for any delays in receiving SMS messages, as
delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. SMS message
services are provided on an “as is” basis.
SMS OPT-OUT
You may opt out and remove your phone number from additional messages by sending
“STOP” to the SMS text message you have received. You will receive a STOP
confirmation reply.
